Our story

Hospitality runs on relationships. So should its CRM.

Avero began with a simple frustration: the tools that sell hotel stays were built for software companies, not for the people who fill rooms. We're building the alternative.

Mission

To give every hotel a sales system that feels as considered as the stay they sell — calm, personal, and built to close.

Why Avero exists

Built beside the front desk, not the boardroom

Most CRMs assume you're selling seats of software. Hospitality doesn't work that way. A hotel's next booking might come from a wedding planner emailed six months ago, a corporate buyer who visited once, or a past guest who simply liked how you followed up.

Those threads live in inboxes, spreadsheets and someone's memory — and they slip. The generic tools that promise to fix it are heavy, cold, and clearly designed for a different industry. Teams end up fighting the software instead of working the deal.

Avero is the CRM we wished existed: one calm place that holds every relationship, tells you who to chase next, and drafts the follow-up in your voice — so hotels can spend their attention on guests, not admin.

What we believe

Values we build on

Calm over clever

Software should lower the noise, not add to it. Every feature earns its place or it doesn't ship. If it doesn't help you close, it's clutter.

Hospitality first

We design for the way hotels really sell — long relationships, seasonal cycles, human follow-ups — not a generic B2B funnel.

Honest by default

Clear pricing, real data ownership, and AI that shows its reasoning. Your contacts are yours — export or delete them whenever you like.

Close to the customer

We build in the open, beside the people who use Avero every day. Their front-desk reality shapes the roadmap more than any spec.

A note from the founder

I started Avero after watching brilliant hospitality teams lose bookings to nothing more than a dropped follow-up. Not for lack of care — for lack of a tool that fit how they work.

So Avero is deliberately small and opinionated. It does the few things that actually move a booking, and it does them calmly. If you run a hotel and you've ever felt your CRM was working against you, I'd genuinely love to hear from you.
