Understand plans, seats and billing

See what your subscription includes and how seat changes affect the invoice.

Your subscription combines a product plan with the number of active seats. An administrator can review both from Billing settings.

Review the subscription

  1. Open Settings and choose Billing.
  2. Review the current plan, billing interval and active seat count.
  3. Compare included features before changing plans.

Add or remove seats

Inviting a user may add a billable seat. Removing a user reduces the active seat count according to the billing terms shown before confirmation.
